The Music Machines
The heart of the music system is a combination of Denon’s finest purpose-built DJ products; a twin CD/MP3 player with all the gadgets any DJ could ever need, together with their latest high-spec mixer. In the past 15 months this unit has NEVER failed to perform, proving that investing in the best reaps its own rewards. Should anything untoward happen, the system is backed up by a stand-alone MP3 unit and another Denon CD player. The sound quality is, naturally, superb.
The Sound Systems
As no two venues are the same, having a number of speaker variations allows Ian to cater perfectly for your function. The two primary systems available are Electrovoice and Turbosound, both leaders in the world of PA technology. The smaller Electrovoice system is best used for rooms holding up to 150 people. It is capable of 1400 watts from its four small cabinets and produces crystal clear sound even at high levels. Larger audiences (or for those who like their basslines!) would benefit from the Turbosound rig – over 2k of power, wonderful bass response and a longer ‘throw’ (meaning the sound travels further than conventional systems). Of course there are many combinations of the above, and Ian will help you decide which is best for your event.
The Light Shows
Here is the most varied section of all…..Ian currently owns over fifteen separate lighting effects! Ranging from LED colour-washing panels to the very latest Cluster Lasers, the visual show is sure to impress. Ian will carefully choose the effects that suit the room best, often using just three or four. He has even gone ‘green’ this year by using the ultra-modern LED lighting effects, which use less power than your living room light! Where permitted a smoke machine can be added to really accentuate the whole show, turning your party venue into a nightclub. At extra cost, a very classy star-cloth backdrop is also available to add that finishing touch.
