Ian Scott has been running a professional mobile disco for over 19 years. From humble beginnings DJ'ing for fun at friends’ birthday parties back in 1987, he soon became hooked, playing nightclubs and bars on a regular basis. In 1994, his popularity secured him a residency at the Orsett Hall hotel in Essex which was to last 14 years. As their number one choice of DJ, he played at hundreds of wedding receptions and corporate events, bringing a unique and modern style to replace the tired and archetypal party DJs they had previously employed. Sadly the hotel was destroyed by fire in 2007, and Ian became available to the ‘open market’ where his mobile disco talents were immediately snapped up by a rival wedding venue.
